Hector Espitalier-Noël previously worked with Coopers and Lybrand in London and with De Chazal du Mée in Mauritius. He is the Chief Executive Officer of ENL Limited and the ENL Group since 1990. He is also the Chairman of New Mauritius Hotels Ltd, the Mauritius Sugar Syndicate and Bel Ombre Sugar Estate Ltd and a past chair of Rogers and Company Limited, the Mauritius Chamber of Agriculture and the Mauritius Sugar Producers Association. Hector Espitalier-Noël has a vast experience in the sugar cane industry, property, hospitality and financial services sectors being the Chairman and a board member of various companies evolving in those sectors. Hector Espitalier-Noël is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Jean Raymond HardyDirector

Jean Raymond Hardy is presently the Chief Executive Officer of ENL Agri-business. Prior to joining The Savannah S.E. in 2001, he worked at Lonhro Group Britannia S.E, Deep River Beau Champ and Société de Gérance Mon Loisir. Jean Raymond Hardy has 35 years’ experience in the sugarcane industry and has been actively involved in the centralisation process of sugar factories in the centre and the south of Mauritius during the last 15 years. Jean Raymond Hardy is a former President of the Mauritius Chamber of Agriculture and is presently the Chairman of the Sugar Industry Pension Fund Board. Jean Raymond Hardy is holder of an MBA from Surrey University.
Louis holds a BSc (QS) degree from the University of Pretoria and serves on the board of various public and private companies. He is an active investor in sustainable energy and feed technologies. Louis was a co-founder, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive of Attfund Limited (one of the largest private property investment companies in South Africa) until the company was restructured and sold to Hyprop Investments Limited (a company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange) in 2011. He was appointed and currently serves as a non-executive director on the board of Hyprop Investments Limited. Louis is also Managing Director of the Parkdev Group of Companies and serves on the board of a number of other companies.
Dr Alister InglesbyDirector
Dr Alister Inglesby is the co-founder and Chief executive officer of TriGen. He has a Master’s and Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, which he obtained from the University of Cape Town. He further completed his PhD in Biotechnology at the University of Cambridge (UK), specialising in the production of energy and feed from renewable substrates. Alister serves on the board of a number of other renewable energy companies.
Dr Melinda GriffithsDirector
Dr Melinda Griffiths holds a BSc(Hons) in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Cape Town, and an MPhil in BioScience Enterprise from Cambridge University (UK). She completed a PhD in Bioprocess Engineering at UCT, specializing in optimizing algal productivity for biofuel production. She spent three years working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Bioprocess Engineering Research (UCT), focusing on methods to improve production and pigment extraction on a Spirulina production facility in South Africa, before joining Green Create Nutra in 2015. She has more than twelve years experience in algal cultivation, having worked on the production of algae for biofuels and food as well as extraction of high value compounds in both academic and commercial environments.
Dr Sophie Fon SingOperations and technology development manager
Sophie has a PhD in Marine Science and has specialised in algae biotechnology over the last ten years. She has international experience working on academic-industry linkage projects at various scales of operation in Australia and France. Having worked in spin-off algae renewable energy start-ups and on a variety of algae research topics (toxic algae, aquaculture, algae-bacteria interactions, valorisation and downstream processing of algal biomass), she has a thorough understanding of project development and management and brings a wealth of general and algae-specific expertise to the company.
